The Bacolod City Administrators Office has issued 158 special permits to vendors who will be selling items for the upcoming Undas 2025 commemoration.
City Administrator Atty. Mark Steven Mayo confirmed the distribution, reiterating the permits authorizing the vendors to operate within the eight specific locations previously approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod for the sale of flowers, candles, and food items.
“We met with them for instructions together with the release of their special permits and ID’s because we would also like to clarify to them their limitations and at the same time to regulate their selling during the Undas celebration,” Mayo said.
Based on the SP’s approved schedule, the sale of flowers began today, October 29, and will run until November 2.
The authorized selling locations are Burgos Market Area (Police Station 4 to Lopez Jaena St.; Hilado St. to Ramos St.), Hernaez Street, Mabini Street, Gonzaga Street (across from the Bacolod City Government Center replica), and San Juan Street.*
