The Cebu Landmasters Inc. Home Fest 2024 opened on Saturday in Brgy. Mandalagan, Bacolod City, at Citadines Bacolod, which is scheduled for soft opening next month.
Gabriel John Nathaniel Pizarro, Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI), accounts management manager for VisMin, said the Home Fest event is like a one-stop-shop for sellers and buyers of all CLI projects.
The Home Fest started in Cebu last week and Bacolod is the second leg. The third leg will be in Iloilo on Saturday, followed by Cagayan de Oro on June 8 and Davao on June 15, he said.
Pizarro said this is the first ever roadshow activity conducted by CLI where they invited buyers, sellers, agents, brokers, as well as buyers who are already due for loan takeout.
“Those who are due for loan takeout come here to inquire and the accounts management team will help them on how to process their (home) loans. At the same time the top banks are here to give them the lists of requirements and to process their endorsements,” he said.*
