The management of the Corazon Locsin Montelibano Memorial Regional Hospital in Bacolod City is urging the public to be vigilant on fake check issuances bearing its name.

In an advisory yesterday, Dr. Julius Drilon, medical center chief, said it has come to the attention of the hospital management that Metrobank checks bearing the name of CLMMRH were issued and currently in general circulation.

“We would like to inform the public that CLMMRH maintains its bank accounts with Authorized Government Servicing Banks – Development Bank of the Philippines and Land Bank of the Philippines – only,” he said.

He added that CLMMRH does not have existing accounts with any private banks.

Drilon urged anyone who may have encountered this fraudulent transaction to immediately report to the Public Information and Assistance Desk of CLMMRH for appropriate action. They can be reached at clmmrh.pao@gmail.com or call (034) 703-1350, local 152.*
