The Bacolod City Legal Office (CLO) dismantled several illegal structures and obstructions along Ferrero Street in Barangay 12 during a clearing operation yesterday.
According to CLO Enforcement Team Exec. Atty. Clarence Isulat, the demolished structures included one eatery and three permanent mobile food carts.
Four other mobile food cart operators voluntarily removed their structures to cooperate with the city’s clearing initiative.
The city government continues to clear major thoroughfares to ensure the smooth flow of traffic and maintain public order.
Affected vendors had previously been advised to clear the area before the enforcement team carried out the operations.*
