Seven residents took advantage of the Comelec’s Register Anywhere Program (RAP) at the Bacolod City office, an initiative allowing eligible voters to enroll outside their home precincts for convenience.
The registration of new voters will end in July next year.
Eligible applicants include Filipino citizens aged 18 and above, permanent residents of their respective voting precincts for at least six months before the election, and those who have not yet registered as voters.
