An unidentified male body was discovered floating at the BREDCO Port Seawall in Purok Cambodia, behind Moreta Cargo, Barangay 2, Bacolod City, early yesterday morning.
The discovery was first made around 6 a.m. by Roger Navarro Jr., a worker from Harry Works located at BREDCO Port, who then alerted authorities.
At about 7:30 a.m., the Bacolod City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office team arrived and declared the victim showed no signs of life, also noting the victim had sustained a head injury.
The body was subsequently brought to ABE Funeral Homes at Purok Lampirong, Barangay 2, Bacolod City.*
