Accountant III Babylyn Ramos provided a concise briefing on DENR Memorandum Circular (DMC) 2024-04, ensuring that financial guidelines and budgetary allocations are well understood.
SVEMS/OPCEN Head Ma. Gina Gerangaya shared updates related to the Technical Services Division (TSD), highlighting progress in environmental programs, forest protection, and conservation efforts.
