DepEd Sipalay Panagat 2022 awardees recognized

Ma. Luisa Catigan – Most Outstanding Non-Teaching Personnel of the Department of Education Schools Division of Sipalay. *

The Department of Education Schools Division of Sipalay City in Negros Occidental honored 40 outstanding teachers, non-teaching personnel and schools on December 18, at the Mayor Rodrigo Chua Memorial Center in the city.

The Panagat 2022 awardees were recognized by the Schools Division of Sipalay City, headed by Officer-In-Charge and Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Ferdinand Sy, for their praiseworthy accomplishment and excellent performance rendered during the school year 2021- 2022.

The awardees for Most Outstanding Non-Teaching Personnel (Office of the Schools Division Superintendent) were Ma. Luisa Catigan, Daneca Joy Noarbe, Teresa Joy Loriezo and Queen Ann Solomon;

Most Outstanding Non-Teaching Personnel (Curriculum Implementation Division) were Llaine Grace Coronel, Rizza Gonzales, Armore Balibagoso; (School Governance Operations Division)) Aileen Advincula, Danny Pillones and Charise Flores;

Best Performing Medical Officer – Kezia Lois Arcolas; Most Outstanding Teaching Related Personnel were Annamor Eleccion, Cristina Zaragoza and Ida Flor Ferraris;

Most Outstanding Teacher (Elementary) were Pinky Lagura (Nabulao Elementary School), Ellen Joy Laranjo (Gil Montilla ES), Jorelyn Masin (Agripino Alvarez ES);

For Junior High School, the awardees were Annabella Pillones (Gil Montilla National High School) and Vincent Castro (Maricalum Farm School);

Most Outstanding Master Teacher (Elementary) were Asuncion Solitas and Helen Sison, both of Canturay Elementary School; (Senior High School) Kent Charles Arnibal and Baby Allea Mercado (Gil Montilla NHS);

Most Outstanding Non-Teaching Personnel School-Based (Elementary) were Frances Ann Bulat-ag, Khariza Dennise Rosales and Rechelle Villalion (JHS) Rhodora Bonifacio (SHS) Mark Tabotabo, Frezilyn Ferrer and Rosemarie Ongo;

Most Outstanding ALS Mobile Teacher was Danny Javelina.

Most Outstanding School Head (Elementary) were Rhodora Bautista, Lucila Malabago and Noel Calamuhay, as well as Edna Arbon Secondary;

Most Outstanding Schools were Gil Montilla, Agripino Alvarez and Cayhagan Elementary Schools and Gil Montilla National High School, while the Level II SBM Implementer (Elementary) were Gil Montilla, Agripino Alvarez and Cayhagan ES, and Gil Montilla as well as Mariano Gemora National High Schools.*
