La Consolacion College – Bacolod (LCC-B) also emerged victorious against La Carlota City with a score of 85-65. Unfortunately, the team failed to score another win against Bacolod City, which won their game 92-74.

The UNO-R overpowered Escalante City with a score of 88-55, while Cadiz City won against CSA-B, 82-77. The STI-West Negros University (STI-WNU) team made use of their home-court advantage, beating Bago City with a score of 84-60. Cadiz City and E.B. Magalona won by Forfeiture against Talisay City.
