The E. B. Magalona Municipal Police Station (MPS) was again awarded the Top Performing Municipal Police Station in Negros Occidental for January 2023.
The municipal police station received the same award for two consecutive months. For January, it garnered a rating of 91.69, and for December, its rating was 92.90.
The award was given recently by the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office.
The E. B. Magalona MPS is led by Police Major Kenneth Jay Gratones, chief of police, and Police Lieutenant Minardo Ellaga, deputy chief of police.
In a Facebook post, the E. B. Magalona MPS said they extend their heartfelt gratitude to the municipal government, headed by Mayor Marvin Malacon, Vice Mayor Eric Matulac, and the Sangguniang Bayan Members, as well as the PNP Interfaith led by Pastor Hernani Pallan, and to all their partners in serving the community.*
