A commercial establishment in Purok Progreso, Barangay Sum-ag, Bacolod City was hit by a fire Thursday.
Owned by Alberto Ramos Magdahaong, 43, the damage caused by the fire on Bert’s Wood Furniture Manufacturing was estimated by the Bureau of Fire Protection at P61,600.
Investigation is now being conducted by the BFP on the cause of fire that started at about 2:04 a.m. in the southwest portion of the establishment.*
