Fire safety at Bacolod City voting centers ensured

As part of its preparations for the upcoming May 12 National and Local Elections, the Bacolod City Fire Station, under the leadership of City Fire Marshal F/Supt. Jenny Mae Masip, has completed fire safety inspections in all 50 voting centers, encompassing 398 voting precincts throughout Bacolod City.

The proactive measure aims to ensure that all election venues comply with fire safety standards, providing a safe and secure environment for voters, election personnel, and the general public.

Designated Fire Safety Inspectors will undertake follow-up inspections to verify full compliance of fire safety standards prior to election day.

The Bacolod City Fire Station remains committed to safeguarding lives and properties as they work together towards a peaceful and orderly election.*
