Former Bacolod Vice Mayor Alex Paglumotan is endorsing Kapuso PM Partylist #54, a public service-oriented organization dedicated to advocating for the welfare and rights of marginalized communities across the country.
Paglumotan, a former broadcaster of Bombo Radyo Bacolod now based in Palawan, said Kapuso’s primordial mission is health and livelihood, which is needed by the Filipino people. It is easy to sell because it is not identified as a traditional partylist and is represented by people who have a good track record, both in government service and business.
Its number one nominee is Jolo Rep. Munir Arbison, Jr., while its second nominee is Bataraza Mayor Abraham Ibba, he said.
Ibba is an outstanding mayor of the Philippines and was a 6-termer undefeated mayor of the premier municipality of Bataraza, Palawan. During his first term as mayor, Bataraza was just a third class municipality. After finishing his third term, Bataraza has become a premier municipality. He will be graduating on June 30, Paglumotan said.
Known as the Pineapple Capital of Palawan, Bataraza is now a “Smart City,” and hundreds of millions of investments are starting to come in. It is the only locality providing its people zero billing if they get hospitalized anywhere in the country, he said.
Paglumotan committed to the people of Bacolod and Negros Occidental that he will bring the programs of Kapuso PM Partlist to the city and the province since its mission is to endorse healthcare in the Philippines.*
