Four municipal police stations in Negros Occidental have new police officers-in-charge with the simultaneous turnover of command ceremonies held yesterday at Camp Alfredo Montelibano Sr. in Bacolod City.
Named officer-in-charge of the Candoni Police Station was P/Capt. Junji Liba, former acting police chief of Pulupandan. He replaced PCapt. Ronald Santillan.
Col. Romy Palgue, officer-in-charge of the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office, also designated Capt. Randy Babor as OIC of Moises Padilla Police Station.
Babor replaced Capt. Hanzel Lumandaz, who was designated as OIC of the Pontevedra Police Station.
PCapt. Rhojn Darell Nigos, outgoing Pontevedra police chief, is due for schooling for his career advancement with 13 other police commissioned officers in Negros Occidental.
PLt. Paul Kenneth Magan was named by Palgue officer-in-charge of the Toboso Police Station, replacing PCapt. Ellende Rebusquillo.
Aside from being the police chief of Victorias City, PLt. Col. Eduardo Corpuz is also the concurrent deputy provincial police director for Administration of NOCPPO, who assisted Palgue in officiating over the simultaneous turnover of command activities in Bacolod City.
The outgoing police chiefs were also given plaques of recognition by Palgue.*
