A premier gated community will soon rise in Barangay Lag-asan, Bago City, Negros Occidental.
Glicerio Intengan and his wife, Ma. Angelina Valencia led their family, along with Marjorie Intengan Masangkay and Ma. Alexa Intengan, and Bago City Mayor-elect Mayette Javellana and other relatives, at the groundbreaking of Trillium Heights in Brgy. Lag-asan, Bago City, on May 31.
The housing project will be developed by Grand Trillium Realty & Developer Inc., in partnership with the Intengan family through a Joint Venture Agreement.
“Three years ago, we started our journey and took a leap of faith, trusting that it will become a reality,” Marjorie Masangkay said.
We are here today because we both share a vision of providing premier residential lots right in the heart of Bago City and the gateway to Southern Negros, and eventually to the rest of Guimaras and Panay, she said.
