Local fashion designers showcased their new creations during the Negros Fashion Fest 2023 at the lobby of the Bacolod City Government Center on December 21 and 22.
The fashion show directed by Dwight Morana Jr., featured the creations of AND pioneer members, Edwin Benitez, Jes Dakila, Jofel Cegayle, Adrian Colmenares, Rennie Braza, Leonard Geraldes, John C. Rondain, Tia Lacson, Brylie Hiponia, Carmeli Bantug, and Princy Martir’s handmade bags.
The pre-show featured the creations of Upcycled designers Mel Araneta, Doreen Dofitas, Sherryann Quivis, Michelle Tupaz-Corteza, and all of the Negros Artists Circle Inc. (NACI).
Guest designer was Patty Jane Ku-Ong, treasurer of the Art Association of Bacolod-Negros (AAB-N).
Other designers during the Dec. 21 show included LCCB Fashion Design, Jezra Faicol, Kate Billones, Jeasel Destacamiento, April Joy Demafiles, Florence Mae Jaban, Rochelle Anne Almoete, Jesseigh Lacson (pre-show), and AND New Members, Al Jardini, Steve Valencia, Gilbert Estanol, Ming Baylon, Radney Barrida, Kating Singson, and Aljohn Belnas (main show).*
