Granadianz was declared champion in this year’s BacoLaodiat Festival street and lantern dance competition in Bacolod City Saturday.
It also took home the championship trophy and P100,000 in cash prize, and also received the Best in Lantern award.
Jojaju was first runner-up and awarded the Best in Costume. While The Luminaries was second runner-up.
On the other hand, CHMSU-Alijis was awarded the Netizen’s Choice award.
The top three winning contingents performed again yesterday at SM City Bacolod Main Atrium before the final announcement of the grand champion and awarding ceremony.*
