
The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Bacolod Branch Office re-launched its Service Desk operations in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental on September 7.
This Service Desks provides ease of doing business to transacting members and pensioners in Kabankalan City and in neighboring cities and municipalities of the Southern Negros Occidental.
The Kabankalan City Service Desk, installed at the General Services Office (GSO), can be utilized by the GSIS members every 4th Wednesday of the month.
“Through this service desk, our members can now have an easy access to transact including but not limited to enrolment and claiming their UMID Card or e-Card,” GSIS Branch Manager Cecilia C. Tenaja said in a press release.
Other services include receiving applications for loans and retirement/Separation benefit claims, Annual Pensioners Information Revalidation (APIR), verification of membership records, loan accounts and others.
The re-launching ceremony was led by Branch Manager Cecilia C. Tenaja, Mayor Benjie M. Miranda, Vice-Mayor Miguel M. Zayco, Kabankalan City employees and GSIS Staff.
The activity was highlighted by a Pre-Retirement and New Employees Orientation Program which was presented by Manager Cecilia Tenaja at the City’s Session Hall.*
