Oil companies will implement a hefty increase in pump prices starting Tuesday morning.
In separate advisories, Shell, Seaoil, CleanFuel, PetroGazz, Caltex, and PTT said they would increase gasoline and diesel prices by P1.80 per liter.
Caltex, Seaoil, and Shell will also hike kerosene prices by P1.50 per liter.
Other oil firms are expected to follow suit.
Last week, oil firms increased gasoline by 60 centavos per liter and diesel prices by 95 centavos per liter.
They also hiked kerosene prices by 30 centavos per liter.*PNA
