‘HerStory’, an all-woman exhibit

An all-woman group art exhibit titled “HerStory” is ongoing at the ground floor of Ayala Malls Capitol Central in Bacolod City and will run until March 31.

The show, which features the works of 35 Negrense female artists, was organized by Mixlada, in partnership with Ayala Malls Capitol Central and the Provincial Council for Women, in celebration of Women’s Month.

Sugar Cuenca-Tonogbanua, event organizer, said “HerStory” is all about the life, interests and stories of women.

“Our desire is to inspire women by giving them recognition for their contribution to our community or society,” she said.*
