An Indian national was found dead inside a comfort room at a food park in Brgy. 2 poblacion, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental.
He was identified by the police as Satnam Basra, 52, of Brgy. Gil Montilla, Sipalay City, who was engaged in a lending business.
The lifeless body of Basra was discovered inside a comfort room.
PMaj. James Latayon, officer-in-charge of the Sipalay City Police Station, said that they are still in the process of determining the cause of death of Basra.
Latayon said that their initial investigations showed that there was no sign that the Indian national had been harmed.
The police turned over the P12,358 cash recovered from the Indian national to his wife.*
