Top officials of Korean cultural foundations arrived in Bacolod City to witness and benchmark the 44th MassKara Festival.

Officially, South Korea has more than 1,000 festivals every year, combining international trends and regional specialties, Bacolod Councilor Em Ang said.

It is no surprise that different cities and cultural associations have been visiting Bacolod City to witness and benchmark our MassKara Festival, Ang, chairman of the Bacolod Sanggunian Committee on History, Culture and Arts, said.

“In fact, our MassKara dancers have been invited to perform in festivals in the cities of Andong, Busan, Daegu, Gwangju and Ulsan,” she said.

This year, once again, top officials of Korean cultural foundations came to Bacolod City to witness and benchmark the 44th MassKara Festival, Ang added.*
