A successful president-elect and secretary-elect learning seminar (PELS) was held in O’Hotel, Bacolod City on March 27 and 28, for the officers of 15 Rotary Clubs in Negros Occidental (Zones 5,6, and 7).
This is the third and fourth of six such cluster seminars to be held across District 3850, ensuring that all incoming presidents are well-prepared for their roles for the 2026-27 Rotary year, a press release said.
Keynote speakers during the event are incoming District Secretary Frederick Anthony de Leon, incoming Assistant Governor for Zone 6 Maricar Octaviano, Past District Secretary Juan Antonio Villaluz.
Incoming District Learning Facilitator Joe Jay Doctora organized the venues and facilitated the training, in conjunction with District Governor-Elect Carlo Joseph de la Cruz.*
