The Bacolod City Host Lions Club planted two hundred Molave, Odling, Bacan, Iron wood (Balayong), and assorted fruit-bearing trees in Barangay Marcelo, municipality of Calatrava, Negros Occidental last Monday, according to a press release from the organization.
Twenty-seven members of the club, led by its president, Jang Yap, participated in the tree planting project at the remote mountainous village.
