The second Manang Pula Painting competition with the theme “Kultura kag Kasadya: Sanyog Manapla!”, was held on August 23 at Manapla Gymnasium in Manapla, Negros Occidental.
About 46 artists participated in two age group categories.
The winners were entry no. 22, Diarid Hill Tarlac, who was awarded first place in Category A (18 years old and above), while entry no.23, Steven Laroza and entry no.13, Dexter Moralde won second and third place, respectively.
Under Category B (13 to 17 years old), the winners were entry no. 20, Adrian Laurence Aguirre, who won first place, while entry no.22, Precious Hannah Donguines, and entry no.16, Kurt Lennon Gonzales won second and third place, respectively.*
