Golfers are gearing up for the much-anticipated annual Rotary Club of Bacolod-Marapara golf tournament, set to unfold over three days, from, July 18-20 at the Negros Occidental Golf and Country Club in Bacolod City.
“This marks our 24th tournament, a significant event that allows us to support vital community outreach initiatives through its proceeds. We’re eager to welcome a record number of participants this year,” said club president Virgil Rupert “Igie” Villarosa in a press release.
Incoming club president April Kitagawa echoed this enthusiasm, emphasizing that the tournament provides a wonderful opportunity for golfers of all skill levels to enjoy three great days of golf while making a meaningful difference to the lives of those in need.
Registration will take place on the opening day at the Negros Occidental Golf and Country Club. The fee of P3,500 includes green fees, the awards dinner, and gimmes, with mulligans available for P500 each.
All participants stand a chance to win exciting prizes. The event will be overseen by tournament directors Mike Bantug and Archie Acuna.*
