The Rotary Club of Bacolod‑Marapara recently joined forces with a strong coalition of civic and community organizations in a much‑needed bloodletting drive under the banner “Dugo Mo, Kabuhi Ko” at the TUP Visayas Gymnasium in Talisay City.
Every drop of blood saves lives. It takes compassion, commitment, courage and humanity to give one, and this project embodies those values. Now in its second year, the initiative continues to make a difference through the gift of life.
With one mission and one goal, the Rotary Club of Bacolod‑Marapara stood shoulder to shoulder with its partners, including Region 2 District 301B1 Lions Club, the City of Talisay, Metro Bacolod Hospital, the Philippine Red Cross, God’s Redeemed Full Gospel Church, TUPV CWTS, and TUPV Gender and Development.
Some 100 units of blood were collected, a testament to the generosity of volunteers, the solidarity of the youth and the commitment of partner organizations.*
