McDonalds Forbes Hill along the Bacolod-Silay Airport Access Road (BSAAR) in Bacolod City topped all other 17 Megaworld-owned McDonald’s stores in the country in terms of sales performance during the Holy Week.

Harold Brian Geronimo, Megaworld Corporate Senior Assistant Vice President and head of Public Relations and Media Affairs, said the Bacolod store is competing with their biggest McDonald’s store in the capital town of San Fernando Pampanga, which was number one in the past years due to being the biggest McDonald’s store of Megaworld in terms of capacity.

“That is why we are very happy with the reception of the people of Negros,” he said adding that the McDonald’s Forbes Hill has become a destination, not only for people from Negros but also from Panay.

Geronimo said McDonald’s Forbes Hill garnered the highest value in sales so far among the Megaworld-owned McDonald’s in the entire country. The iconic marker of Bacolod City is right in front of it.

They have also launched the photo exhibit of the Camera Club of Negros featuring landscape shots of Bacolod and Negros at McDonald’s Forbes Hill on April18. They also hope to showcase the MassKara Festival and other festivals of Negros in future exhibits, he said.

Their Smile Thru (drive thru tunnel of lights) with also feature different themes every month. This month’s theme is “Summer,” Geronimo added.*
