A man who was reported missing for several hours on Tuesday night, was found dead yesterday, along the territorial waters of Brgy. 2, Hinigaran, Negros Occidental.
According to the police, the victim was identified by his family as Arnold Billojan, 48, a resident of Brgy. Aranda, also in Hinigaran.
The cadaver of Billojan was found floating by Hancel Tadeo at about 7 a.m. yesterday, while the latter was on board a fishing boat within the territorial waters of Hinigaran.
Billojan was reported missing almost midnight of July 25, and was found dead eight hours later, according to the Hinigaran police.*
