A motorcycle driver and a minor died on March 21 in a vehicular collision in Sitio Nabutahan, Brgy. Quezon, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental.
Initial police investigations showed that the motorcycle driven by Ariel Guarin, with two backriders who are minors, collided with a white Isuzu Panel van, driven by Ian Ceralvo, 35, of Cauayan, Negros Occidental.
Guarin was declared dead on arrival at the San Carlos City Hospital, while his 14-year-old male passenger died while being treated in the same hospital.
The other 15-year-old minor, was also injured but survived, police said.*
