The “Canvas of Change” is complete, as the newest teen ambassadors were crowned during the Mister and Miss Teen MassKara 2025 coronation night at the SM Skyhall on October 10.
This year’s titles were awarded to Robert Rognel Blanco Guinanao and Jamie Elise Filomeno Gutheil. Robert, 17, is a Grade 12 student-athlete from the University of St. La Salle-Bacolod and was crowned Mister Teen MassKara 2025. Jamie, 14, is a Grade 9 student also from the USLS and was crowned Miss Teen MassKara 2025.
Robert, who champions youth empowerment through sports, inspiring others to pursue discipline, teamwork, and confidence both on and off the field. He emphasized his concern for talented children, especially athletes, who lose the chance to reach their full potential because they are not in school. His advocacy, Youth Empowerment through Sports (YES), aims to use sports as a bridge to education, hope, and opportunity.
“Through training camps, scholarships, and community involvement, I want to help children stay in school and discover that their talent can open doors for a better future,” Robert said.
For Jamie, being crowned is a reminder that dreams come true through hard work, kindness, and self-belief. “This crown is not just a symbol of beauty, but of purpose, growth, and responsibility,” she stated.
She expressed gratitude to her parents, family, friends, and everyone who supported her journey. As Miss Teen, she promises to use her platform to uplift others, inspire confidence in young people, and be a voice for positivity and change.
“This is just the beginning, and I am very excited for what lies ahead in my reign,” Jamie added. “I’m grateful for the love, support, and lessons learned along the way—and I can’t wait to use this title to make a difference.”
The fifth edition of Mr. & Ms. Teen MassKara was organized by the MMTM Board in partnership with SM City Bacolod, NU – Bacolod, and The SM Store.*
