NegOcc gets more COVID vaccines

Negros Occidental yesterday received a total of 130,240 doses of Pfizer and Sinovac vaccines from the national government.

Of the newly-arrived vaccines, the provincial government got 107,960 doses, while the highly-urbanized Bacolod City received 19,940 doses.

On the other hand, the Corazon Locsin Memorial Regional Hospital also got a share of 2,340 doses of Pfizer vaccine.

The Philippine Air Liners delivered the vaccines, which arrived at the Bacolod-Silay Airport at about 9:12 a.m. yesterday.

It was immediately delivered yesterday to the cold storage facilities of the Bacolod City government and provincial government of Negros Occidental.*
