Phoebe Garlitos-David, country president of the Association of Business Women in Commerce and Industry (ABWCI) – Philippines, will be one of the panelists in a conference to be held in Bengalore, Taj Vivanta, Yeshwanthpur, India on November 19.
The 3rd edition of the event “Together We Grow”, in celebration of International Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, was organized by UBUNTU, a consortium of Women Entrepreneurs Associations, in collaboration with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of the Governments of India and Katnataka, and supported by ABWCI.
David, CEO and owner of Brazaville Beach Resort in Hinoba-an, Negros Occidental, is expected to share the country’s best practices and the impact of women entrepreneurship in the global economy.
The primary objective of the conference is to nurture and empower women entrepreneurs by providing a platform to build international business networks, explore global business opportunities, understand relevant policies, access financial support from banks, and interact with accomplished business women from around the world.
The event will also offer valuable insights into current market demands, inspire participants through entrepreneurial success stories, and promote the sharing of best practices and mutual learning.
About 300 to 400 women delegates from various districts across India, as well as representatives from different countries are expected to attend the conference. The event will feature plenary talks, panel discussions, business-to-business networking sessions, recognition of outstanding achievers in the field, and will also be placing a special emphasis on international business opportunities this year.*
