“Commuters inhale carbon emissions on a daily basis and they bear the brunt of the Climate Crisis. We need concrete actions against the climate crisis and most importantly commuter-friendly cities that actually caters to commuters more than cars. We need road decongestion and not road widening. We need bike roads and not only bike lanes,” said Miggy Yulo, Coordinator of Konsyumer Negros.

We must be mindful of our energy consumption and try to save our resources and not exploit them. It is also the duty of responsible governments to devise schemes and policies that promote renewable energy and build sustainable infrastructures, Eric Gonzales coordinator of Sipaway Seagrass Guardians / Pedal of Hope, said.
