“As of today, the new office is fully operational and ready to cater to various customer concerns, including billing inquiries, service applications, payments, and other electricity-related transactions,” the statement added.

“Our dedicated team is committed to delivering high-quality service and ensuring a seamless experience for all our consumers,” it further stressed.

The new Negros Power office houses all departments and employees of Negros Power, including the offices of its top officials, Customer Care, Network Development and Operations Group, Corporate Energy Sourcing and Regulatory Affairs, Control Center, and 24/7 Helpline, among others.

The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Saturday, with no noon break.*
