Negros Power officially begun operations at its new, permanent office located at The Row, Barangay Bata, Bacolod City, after temporarily operating from Robinsons East in Barangay Villamonte for over six months.
The move marks a significant step for the company, providing greater accessibility and convenience for consumers, especially those residing in Bacolod, said a statement from the Negros Power.
The new office, according to Negros Power, is designed to accommodate the growing needs of customers and ensure faster, more efficient service.
“As of today, the new office is fully operational and ready to cater to various customer concerns, including billing inquiries, service applications, payments, and other electricity-related transactions,” the statement added.
“Our dedicated team is committed to delivering high-quality service and ensuring a seamless experience for all our consumers,” it further stressed.
The new Negros Power office houses all departments and employees of Negros Power, including the offices of its top officials, Customer Care, Network Development and Operations Group, Corporate Energy Sourcing and Regulatory Affairs, Control Center, and 24/7 Helpline, among others.
The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Saturday, with no noon break.*
