Under the principle that stable power or energy supply leads to stronger democracy, the Alliance of Concerned Consumers in Electricity and Social Services (ACCESS), supports the Comprehensive Contingency Plan, dubbed as Oplan Halalan 2025.
ACCESS president Wennie Sancho yesterday said that this is a manifestation of Negros Power’s commitment to reliable energy and democratic values. This operation highlights its dedication to providing stable and reliable power while also emphasizing the importance of democratic principles in the electoral process.
Sancho’s statement stressed “As we gear up for another crucial election, Negros Power stands in solidarity with the people in upholding the spirit of democracy joining hands with the consumers to ensure that the electoral process is conducted with integrity, transparency and respect for the rule of law.
