Provincial Legal Officer Atty. Alberto Nellas has been given the additional responsibility as overall head of security agency personnel of the provincial government of Negros Occidental.
In his memorandum, Provincial Administrator Atty. Rayfrando Diaz said that all security agencies contracted by the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental (PGNO), shall exclusively report to Nellas as the overall head, with Orlando Jundo, Watchman III, and Ryan Recustodio, Watchman I, as immediate supervisors.
Diaz said that Renelo Lastierre remains as Safety and Security Division head, while the “blue guards” were placed under the supervision of Atty. Nellas.
Copies of the memorandum order of Diaz were also furnished to Driscilla Mallen – president of AFGLA Security Agency, Mark Frey – Focal Person of ILOBAC Security Agency, and Pepito Apora – Focal Person of GDS Security Agency.
Irene Bel Ploteña was earlier designated as head of the Provincial Disaster Management Program Division, having earlier served as its focal person.*
