Roque Rodrigo Jocson took his oath as the new kagawad of Barangay Sum-ag, before Mayor Evelio Leonardia at rites at the Bacolod City Government Center Thursday.
Jocson replaced Kagawad Enrique Sayson, who resigned to settle in the US.
Mark Anthony Danoy also took his oath as the new kagawad of Barangay Handumanan before Leonardia Thursday.
Danoy replaced Kagawad Amy Esmolo, who died recently.
Witnessing the oath-taking rites were Vice Mayor El Cid Familiaran, Councilor Dindo Ramos, Councilor Carl Lopez, executive assistant Butch Soliguen, Barangay Captain Ricardo Danoy, Melanie Gucman, Kagawad Zenaida Canto, Kagawad Jonjie Hiponia, Kagawad Sofia Tanallon, SK chairperson Jericho Malagsic, Barangay secretary Merle Cataluna, Barangay treasurer Aiko Gelle and Barangay bookkeeper Julieta Gonzaga.
Also present were Sum-ag Punong Barangay Rodney Carmona, Punta Taytay Punong Barangay Leah Palma, and Kagawad Rowan Ilon.*
