The Negros Oriental Siquijor Football Association Girls 2010 (LKilat FC), exhausted their fire power in their game against Buglas Filipinas during the finals that ended with a 1-0 scoreline during the first Handurayo 8-a-side Football Festival on May 3.
Kanlaon Hijos FC Head Coach Abundio “Bon” Lagahit Jr., AFC C License Coach, led the NIR XI girls Born 2010 to their second provincial crown, instilling resilience as they went up against the Southern Negros powerhouse Pamplona FC, where their first match ended 2-1.
“The girls made bigger adjustment after winning their first match…key players were given ample time to recover during the non-bearing game against Escalante FC,” said Lagahit.
The team is composed of Renee Lomugdang, Shanel Dominique Molequin, Anara Ysabel Yasay (Bacolod City), Maxene Dominique Sison (Himamaylan City), Johanna Tyra Lagahit (Canlaon City), Rhenalizza Angel Jhane Paquera, Aryan Tadiamon, Zhen Lagusad, Shine Marie Sales, and Erika Rose Jamio (Guihulngan City), with coaches Lagahit (Kanlaon Hijos FC) and Peter Lim (Guihulngan Football Alliance).*
