The Office of the Building Official issued a notice of violation to the owner of a cockpit in Purok Paghidaet, Barangay Tangub, Bacolod City for failure to secure a building permit.
The notice of violation, dated March 22, was issued by OBO officer-in-charge Isidro Sun Jr. to Marilou Magallanes, directing her to contact his office within three days from receipt of the notice. “Failure to do so shall cause this office to institute appropriate action against you.”
Magallanes was earlier issued a Resolution of No Objection (RONO) by the Bacolod Sangguniang Panlungsod during its regular session on March 15, to operate, maintain and establish a licensed cockpit at Purok Paghidaet, Brgy. Tangub.*
