An ordinance allowing the parking along Gatuslao Street by private motor vehicles of lawyers with cases to attend in the Hall of Justice was passed by the Bacolod Sangguniang Panlungsod on first reading Wednesday.
The proposed ordinance authored by Councilor Renecito Novero, chairman of the Committee on Human Rights, allows the parking of private motor vehicles along Gatuslao Street, Bacolod City, from South Capitol Road to the point in front of and across the Land Bank of the Philippines, just before the mall of 888 China Town Square Bacolod, by lawyers who have cases to attend at the Hall of Justice.
This privilege may be availed only within office hours, it said.
Any ordinance inconsistent herewith is deemed repealed or amended, the proposed ordinance added.*
