The Bacolod City Police Office (BCPO) seized approximately 200 grams of suspected shabu valued at P1.36 million during a buy-bust operation early yesterday.
The operation, conducted by the City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) at Purok Lison, Barangay 1, resulted in the arrest of a high-value individual identified only as alias ‘Ramel.’
The CDEU team led by PLTCOL Albert Sy successfully apprehended the suspect at approximately 3:28 a.m.
Following the arrest, the BCPO reiterated its commitment to intensifying law enforcement efforts to eliminate illegal drugs within the city.*
