Regular and casual employees of the Negros Occidental provincial government are receiving a P30,000 Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) bonus this year, Governor Eugenio Jose Lacson disclosed on Wednesday, as he presided over the 4th quarter joint meeting of the Provincial Development, Peace and Order and Drug Abuse Councils at the Provincial Capitol Social Hall in Bacolod City.
Last year, the provincial government gave P55,000 in extra bonuses for Capitol employees, including P30,000 CNA, P20,000 Service Recognition Incentive (SRI), and P5,000 for the Performance Enhancement Incentive.
“Like before, we will always be ready to give it,” Lacson said. He, however, did not disclose if more bonuses will be given to Capitol employees before the year ends.
Capitol employees are also receiving their 2023 Performance-Based Bonus (PBB), which is equivalent to 50 percent of their basic monthly salary.
Last month, Capitol employees received their 14th month pay and a P5,000 cash gift.*
