The Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) unveiled the Palm Estates township marker at Brgy. E. Lizares in Talisay City, Negros Occidental, which also coincided with the Christmas lighting ceremony at the sprawling 51-hectare residential township.
In a statement, FLI said the new landmark stands as a testament to its unwavering commitment to creating ideal environments that enrich and elevate the lives of Filipinos.
Palm Estates is thoughtfully designed to become a vibrant lifestyle hub that pulses with creativity, culture, and lively activities, FLI added.

At the heart of the township lies Futura Homes Palm Estates, an 11-hectare modern minimalist themed community offering comfortable and convenient living spaces, the company said.
During the recent lighting ceremony, FLI said it was attended by enthusiastic crowds of residents, families, FLI executives and employees, and local government officials who gathered to witness the spectacular event.
Mylen Masakayan, FLI’s Branch Manager for Negros Occidental, who opened the program with an inspiring message, said “This lighting ceremony serves as a beacon of hope, growth, and progress, with each flicker of light shining the path ahead for our thriving Palm Estates development,” setting the tone for an evening filled with joy and celebration.
It was kicked off with a captivating live chorale performance that filled the air with festive melodies, spreading joy and holiday cheer all around, as guests also enjoyed a feast for the senses as a variety of food trucks offered an array of culinary delights, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.
Adding to the magic of the holiday experience was a special meet-and-greet with Santa Claus, who delighted children with gifts and Christmas cheer, leaving everyone with cherished memories of the festive celebration.
As the event concluded, a mesmerizing fireworks display lit up the night sky, perfectly complementing the vibrant lights of Palm Estates.
