A group exhibition celebrating creativity, community, and contemporary perspectives, opened at Ugsad Creative Space along Mabolo-Makiling streets, Barangay Villamonte, Bacolod City on April 25.
Titled “Pamalandong”, the show features the works of 21 Negrense artists and will run until May 24.
“Pamalandong,” a Hiligaynon word meaning reflection or deep contemplation, invites viewers into a quiet yet powerful space of introspection where what is unseen becomes undeniable and what is felt demands to be faced.
Every belief system points toward something greater. It is truth, justice, and the sovereignty of the divine. In this light, “Pamalandong” is not passive reflection, but a reckoning with what must reside at the core of the human soul. This is a different kind of stillness where one is forged through courage, accountability, and awareness.

“Pamalandong” is an invitation to reflect, to discern, and to embody quiet power with intention.
Featured artists are Armi, Ramon Caesar Alonso, Katz Tecson-Baynosa, Sharajah Marie Casador, Agustin Chavez, Mick Escalona, Alfred Esparcia, Arvin Hervias, Jason Hulleza, Anna May Lacson, Matthew Erick Macayan, Alden Macazar, Alain Macazar, Jerrylyn Mangao, Luna Lee, Tong Pao, Ma.
