The Babaylan Festival of Bago City was declared this year’s Best in Festival Costume under the colorful category, receiving a P20,000 cash prize, as the Salapan Festival of the Municipality of Pulupandan and Pintaflores Festival of San Carlos City were first and second runners-up, respectively.
The Best in Festival Costume under the indigenous category was awarded to Lilas Pandan Festival of the Municipality of Calatrava. They received P20,000 in cash prize.
The Handurayo Festival of the Municipality of Pontevedra was first runner-up and Manang Pula Festival of the Municipality of Manapla was second runner-up.*
