This part of the river Seine is a Parisian billionaire ‘hood famous for its rich villas, amazing parks and headquarters of private aircraft manufacture Dassault. The peniche was situated in front of Paris Longchamp Hippodrome and next to the luxuriously green Bois de Bologne.

The last weekend of June’s arty farty ‘do had examples of different art practices such as augmented reality, paintings, sculpture, drawings, ceramics, photo art, 3D art, lenticular art, print art, street art and even a brilliant example of hat-making by Meilleur Ouvrier of France Japanese-French milliner Nobuki Hisume.

Bravo Dahlink Zoia for giving our world four days of aesthetic awareness. Let’s cheer France tomorrow for Bastille Day. The French National Day is the anniversary of the Storming of the Bastille on 14 July 1789, a major event of the French Revolution, also the Fête de la Fédération that celebrated the unity of the French people on 14 July 1790.

MY PRAYER

I do not hide your righteousness in my heart; I speak of your faithfulness and your saving help. I do not conceal your love and your faithfulness from the great assembly. Psalm 40:10, NIV*
