Another 137 residents of Cadiz City in Negros Occidental have received cash assistance totaling P500,000 from Tingog party list Rep. Yedda Marie Romualdez, wife of Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez.
Mayor Salvador Escalante, who led the distribution of financial assistance recently at the Cadiz Arena, disclosed that beneficiaries received cash aid ranging from P3,000 to P5,000 each.
The assistance was provided to 137 beneficiaries through the heart-driven mission of the Romualdez couple and Rep. Jude Acidre.
Two months ago, Rep. Yedda Marie Romualdez also led the distribution of P5,000 cash aid to each of the 1,000 marginalized people in Sagay City, Manapla, and Cadiz City.
She also opened Alagang Tingog Center, a one stop shop center that aims to bring more services, in Manapla, Cadiz and Sagay cities.*
