PENRO Joan Nathaniel Gerangaya led the awarding of a special patent to Central Philippines State University with official and legal ownership of the land which is essential for long-term planning and development.
This is a monumental step forward, as it ensures that the university can fully utilize the land for a wide range of purposes without the fear of legal disputes or uncertainties about ownership.
