For the second consecutive year, PHINMA Properties, the real estate arm of PHINMA Corporation, was awarded the prestigious Boutique Developer of the Year at The Outlook 2024: Philippine Real Estate Awards hosted by Lamudi.com.ph.
The accomplishment, together with other notable recognitions in different categories, highlights the company’s ability to craft developments that seamlessly integrate functionality, design, and a deep understanding of its niche market’s aspirations, a press release from the company said.
“This award serves as an inspiration for us to continue pursuing the mission of making lives better for Filipinos,” said Ricardo Hilado, chief housing officer of PHINMA Properties, during the awarding ceremony at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila.

Several of PHINMA Properties’ projects also garnered significant commendations during the ceremony. As Silver Awardees, PHINMA Properties’ projects were recognized in the categories – PHINMA Maayo Tugbok in the Best Premium House of the Year 2024 (Vismin) Category; Likha Residences Davao in the Best Luxury House of the Year 2024 (Vismin) Category; Likha Residences Alabang – Inner Garden by PHINMA PRISM Property Development in the Best Luxury House of the Year 2024 (Luzon) category.
Meanwhile, Metrotowne and PHINMA Maayo San Jose were given Highly Commended recognitions for the Best Affordable Condo of the Year 2024 (Luzon) and Best Premium House of the Year 2024 (Luzon), respectively.
